Second Person Director: Maya Kristianna, Experimental, USA, 3 min

Object of Life Director: Jack James Parry, Animation, Australia, 3 min
Life is a seemingly pointless struggle. So why do we even bother?

Shagali Director: Naafia Naahemaa, Experimental, Germany, Ghana, 4 min

A misty moon on a spring night.

Absurditea! Director: Tandy Turk, Narrative, USA, 5 min
An inquisitive young lady on a quest for purpose and meaning asks a series of questions pertaining to the nature of her existence and identity. Answers lead to more questions and soon to disparity as she loses herself down a rabbit hole of philosophical and existential quandary.

No News From Home Director: Katia Houde, Experimental, Canada, 4 min
No News From Home explores the mental health impacts of isolation, anxiety, and fear resulting from the pandemic.

alive Director: John Muse, Experimental, USA, 6 min
The death that happens to others, the death that is in you already, the life that is in this death.

Arch Director: Jeremy Moss, Pamela Vail, Experimental, USA, 6 min
A song of glowing hypnotic layers. The proscenium dissolves. A solo performer moves through undetermined space. The dancer and the sequence melt into multiple movers, positions and perspectives. They transcend time, place and individuality. The deconstruction of hierarchy begins with conscious collaboration. Here, both the performer and the editor are choreographers.

Graindelavoix: Saint Anthony’s Fire Director: Sebastian Panczyk, Music Video, Poland, 7 min
This film is an illustration to the part of the concert of Graindelavoix, which is a band that interprets and experiments with a choral music of Middle Ages and Renaissance. The film is a kind of exorcism against a Middle Age disease called St. Anthony’s fire, caused by a hallucinogenic fungus. The theme of hallucination opens a great way for combining different worlds, times and narratives.

plum tree / gorilla / ladder Director: Maya Gurantz, Experimental, USA, 5 min

Once There Was III Director: Nina McNeely, Experimental, USA, 7 min
3 women bound to a shared soul oscillating between the throes of brutality and piety. A visceral display of true sisterhood- they suffer together, thrive together and bleed together.

giroscopio Director: John Muse, Brendamaris Rodriguez, Experimental, Puerto Rico, USA, 8 min
Giroscopio is a short experimental film by two artists, one in Pennsylvania and one in Puerto Rico, each in pandemic lockdown, each disoriented. Objects seem to control them; their bodies are unbalanced, unwieldy, comical. The horizon spins; the ground falls away; and yet a strange wonder reigns.

Tank Fairy Director: Erich Rettstadt, Narrative, Taiwan, 10 min
In Taiwan, “song wa si de” are workers who routinely supply gas tanks to street vendors and old residential buildings. The magical Tank Fairy delivers her tanks unlike any other – with sass, stilettos and a healthy helping of glitter.
